We offer self-check-in with a key box. You'll receive all the details by email or message about 24 hours before arrival.

HAUS28: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days, no refund after that. Schönblick apartments: free up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days, no refund after that. Full details at sarfi-collection.de/stornierung.

Not at HAUS28, unfortunately. At Haus Schönblick you can add up to 2 dogs directly when booking apartments A2, B7 and B8 – the surcharge is €15 per dog per night. B5 and B6 (real-wood parquet) don't allow pets.
